It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delmar Sword (Obetz, Ohio), born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Sword and Mildred Golf Sword. He is survived by: his wife Edna Bragg Sword; his daughters, Marie Gibson (David) and Tammy George (Chuck); his grandchildren, Clayton, Amanda, Travis, Timmy, Gregory and Sierra; and his sisters, Donna Blankenship and Betty Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and dear friends.
Due to the Covid-19 situation the family will have private services on Friday, May 8th 2020 at the O. R. Woodyard Funeral Home, 1346 S. High St., with interment at Obetz Cemetery.
