He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, David Skinner of Boston, MA, Jonathan Skinner of Dunedin, FL, Janey Skinner of Richmond, CA and Deborah Cannon of Columbus, OH; and his brother Lee H. Skinner of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
