He is survived by: his wife Patricia Phillips of Oberlin; his father Rudolph Phillips of Chardon; his children, Jason Phillips (Stephanie) of Ganhanna, OH, Jamie Bertram (Matt) of Worthington, Thomas Hunter of Wakeman, Kathleen Thomas (Brian) of Wakeman, William Jr. Hunter, Daniel Hunter and Timothy Hunter of Elyria; and his grandchildren, Alexandria, Holden, Anna, Ava, James, Astrid and Carter.
