He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Bell Sr. and Bertha L. Bell (Young); and his siblings, Birdia Jackson, Ruby Ghani, David "Sonny" Bell and King David Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L Bell; his children, Bellanie Barnes (Errol) and Richard Bell Jr.; his grandchildren, Darreon, Deatrice and Derrol Barnes; and his siblings, Rev. Fred L. Bell, James E. Bell Jr. (Rachell), Magnolia Tevis and Norma (Bill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid 19 and its restrictions there will be a graveside service in Westwood Cemetery on Friday February 19 2021 at 2pm with Rev. Fred L. Bell officiating.
