He was predeceased by: his father Leslie Collins; and his brother-in-law Scott Zaleski. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Collins (Kasper); his sisters, Jacqueline Zaleski, Margie Carrender (Earl) and Minnie Gayheart (James); his children, Jessica Collins of Cleveland and Joshua Collins (Sarah) of Berea; his stepson Brian Elder; his grandchildren, Elronte, Harmoni Barnes and Charlotte Collins; his nephews, Nathan Zaleski (Jordana) and Noah Zaleski (Desiree); and his pet Mia.
The family requests that attendees follow state-mandated mask and social distancing guidelines.
