He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Baker and Georgiana Collins Baker; his wife Charlotte Owens Baker; and his siblings, Theresa, Reba, Dorothy, Antoinette, Tracy, Stahl and Charles.
He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Baker Gates; his son-in-law Larry; his grandson Aaron; his sister Irene Franklin; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Baker, Fred Owens (Marilyn) and Gary Randall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
