She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Howell Sr.; her mother Myrtle Cummings; her grandson Cory Hammack; her stepmother Loretta Hammack; and her siblings, Edith, Buzz, Den and Skeeter.
She is survived by: her son Bill Howell Jr.; her significant other Frances Earles; and her son Ray Hammack of Oberlin. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
