He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Meta Bremke; his grandson Adam Russell; his sister Vada Maruschak; and his parents, Edward William Sr. and Frieda Julia Bremke.

He is survived by: his sons, Dean Bremke (Beth) of Wellington, Darren Bremke (Karen) of New Russia Twp, Duane Bremke (Jenny) of Wellington and David Bremke (Laura) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Raymond Bremke (April), Lynn Gordon (Mark), Kyle Bremke (Cassie), Meghan Smith (Alan), Myles Bremke (Giovanna), Matthew Bremke (Chelsea), Mason Bremke, Morgan Bremke (Hailee Plato), Taylor Bremke, Brandon Bremke, Rachel Bremke, Madison Bremke, Sarah Bremke, Alaine Bremke and Paige Bremke; and his brother Edward Bill Bremke Jr. (Janet) of Amherst. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made directly to Dean Bremke for maintaining the family tradition of placing altar flowers at Grace Lutheran Church on Myron and Verna's wedding anniversary.
