She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Schmelzer and Betty Schmelzer; and her siblings, David Schmelzer and Virginia Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Seman; and her children, James Seman, Katheryn Womack and Christopher Seman.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to either the American Cancer Society or to the Lupus Foundation.
