It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Blavos (Oberlin, Ohio), born in Groton, New York, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sloat and Carolyn Sloat; and her former husband Sam Tvaroha. She is survived by: her husband Gus Blavos; her children, Mark Tvaroha (Angela) of Florida, Jill Tvaroha of Oberlin, OH, Alexis Blavos of Cortland, NY and Nick Blavos (Rachel) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH.; her siblings, John Sloat, Jr. (Kay) of Greenville, OH and Sally Ebeling of Canton, NY; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Blavos, Emily Blavos and Paul Rabin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Planned Parenthood in her memory.
