He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stanfield; his children, Patty Moskal, Rachel Shinsky, Cristina Downey, Dawn Smith and Jonathan Stanfield; and his siblings, Scott Stanfield, Jim Stanfield, Bonnie Affolter and Sue Myers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
