She is survived by: her husband Howard C.; her children, Scott Broadwell (Ellen), Julie Broadwell of Bowling Green, OH and Anne Smith (Robert) of Findlay, OH; and her grandchildren, Carrie Broadwell Tkach (Caleb) of Lafayette, CO, Steve Broadwell, Glen Ellyn Il, Greg Smith (Ashley) of Hilliard, OH, Ally Zahler (Andrew) of Hilliard, OH and Zane Polack (Krystle). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
