Collins, CO., Nicholas A. Sutfin (Marissa) of Cleveland and Paul D. J. Nelson (Kate) of Columbia City, IN.; and his siblings, Kathryn Dent of Middlefield and Pastor Louis Kayatin (Tina) of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
