It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annalee June Dobbins (Oberlin, Ohio), born in Lockney, West Virginia, who passed away on April 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Snider, Jean Blake, Russell Duelley and Bernard Duelley. She is survived by: her husband Elvin; her children, Pamela Dobbins-Brown, David Dobbins (Robin), Timothy Dobbins and Joseph Dobbins (Denise); and her siblings, Joan Dobbns, Neta Williams, Dayton Duelley and Jerry Duelley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
