He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastacio Soto and Anacleta Soto; his siblings, Antonio, Valentine, Pedro, Victor, Felix, Catalina Mosqueda, Lupe Ramirez, Pauline Campos, Mercy Sampson and Paula Soto; and also Pilar Soto.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Soto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
