He was predeceased by: his father Robert Stevens; his grandson Lucas Stevens; and his brothers, Ralph and Jim Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Leach; his children, Kelly Kruse (Shawn) of Oakwood and Stacey Travis (Brice) of Continental; his grandchildren, Dakota and Delaney Porter; and his brothers, Michael Stevens of Coloma, MI and David Stevens of Lancaster.

Memorial donations may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice.
