He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Seubert and Dorothy Seubert (Beatty); and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Seubert (Zwiesler); his sons, Mike (Karie) and Dave (Deanna); his grandchildren, Matthew, Cameron, Samantha, Jordan and Penny; his siblings, Sue Dugan (Don), Jack Seubert (Judy) and Larry Seubert (Jon); and his sister-in-law Gean Seubert.

Social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
