It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Downing of Oakwood, Ohio, born in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Tony Otto, Matt Roughton and Cheryl Early. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Roughton; his sisters, Betty Otto of Cloverdale, Carol Ladd (Bob) of Cloverdale and Patty Peterson of Vanlue; and his parents-in-law, Diana Sierer (Ron) of Paulding, Gene Roughton of Oakwood and Eric Roughton (Shelly) of Paulding. He is also survived by eight nieces and ten nephews.
