She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Elton and Grace Lucas (Livermore); her husband Leo H. Merriman; and her half-brothers, Garland, Rubin, John and Joe Lucas.

She is survived by: her sons, Dale F. Davis, Jr. (Kathryn) of Frankfort, Michael E. Davis of Oakwood, Robin L. Davis (Sheila) of Continental and Brian O. Davis (Judy) of Cloverdale; and her brother Al Lucas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Paulding County Council on Aging.
