She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack M. Dearth and Alta Dearth (Switzer). She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Church (Gary) of Oakwood, Jeff Spangler (Melinda) of Oakwood and Mark Spangler (Laura) of Oakwood; her grandchildren, Tyler Church (Catherine), Tate Church (Taylor), Tanner Church, Trent Church, Tara Adams (Matt), Tiffany Spangler, Alysha Rookey (Evan), Luke Spangler, Grace Spangler and Clint Spangler; her great grandchildren, Lillian Marie Church, Liam Church, Kyra Adams, Karisa Adams, Emerson Gamble, Jaxson Rookey and Colton Rookey; her siblings, Jack Dearth (Carol) of Mt. Vernon, Gary Dearth (Shirley) of Cincinnati, Dale Dearth of Continental, Denny Dearth (Faye) of Ayersville, Carolyn Kindle (Jim) of Bedford and Sandy Sue Martin (Darrell) of Ft. Wayne, IN; and her brother-in-law James Spangler of Paulding. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
