She is survived by: her children, Butch, Bob, David Perkins, Diane Mendenhall and Linda Wilson; and her stepchildren, John, Jeff, Junior, Andy Turner, Amanda Berlon and Kandy Hoover. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives & friends.
