With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Robert Barnhart (Oakwood, Ohio), who passed away on March 2, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barnhart and Fern Barnhart; his sister Barbara Rawlings; and his friend Bud Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Norma of Oakwood; his daughters, Cathy Linkous (Jeff) and Shirley Locker; his grandchildren, Sarah Locker, Chris Locker (Misty), Emily Franzen (Justin) and Molly Linkous; his great grandchildren, Katie and Chris Locker, Jr.; and his brother Richard Barnhart (Carol).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
