He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Perkins; and his grandparents, Sterling, Pauline Lindon, Elzie and Ada Perkins.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Perkins (Lindon); his siblings, Sterling Douglas Perkins and Mary Caroline Perkins; and his nieces, Abigail Perkins and Adrianna Banks.
