It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Schnipke (Oakwood, Ohio), born in Cloverdale, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schnipke and Alma Schnipke (Holhbein); and his sister Agnes Schnipke. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wheeler; his daughter Tracy Lee (Brian); his grandchildren, Madalyn and Mackenzie Lee; his nephew Jack Stephey (Lucilla) of Grover Hill; and his siblings, Mary Lou Rode (Ron) of Delphos, Norbert "Nub" Schnipke (Rita) of Ottoville, Jane Schnipke of Delphos, Bernie Schnipke (Pearl) of Delphos, Ronald Schnipke (Mary Jo) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Arthur "Art" Schnipke (Bernice) of Ottoville and Cindy Selhorst (Mark) of Columbus Grove. He is also survived by friend, the best son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and grandfather to his biological grandbabies.
