He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Mulvaine; and his stepdaughter Lana Fulwider. He is survived by: his spouse Lana Mulvaine; his sons, Edward Mulvaine and Eric James; and his stepchildren, Joann Snell, Jerry Fulwider (Linette) and Kelly Fulwider. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made payable to American Cancer Society or Humane Society Serving Crawford County and given at the funeral home.
