He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Scott Apt and Mabel Apt (Sheets); his sister Mary Jo Furay; his wife Carol Collins; his children, Scott, Jerry (Lisa), Kelly Parisi (Gary) and Polly Page (Bob); and his grandchildren, Sidney, Austin, Evan, Kacie, Tyler, Ben, Brendan and Madison.
