She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Bland and Mabel Bland (Saxton); her spouse Jerry Eugene Matson; her son Johnny Von Flechtner; her siblings, Lester Bland, Robert Bland and Mary Greathouse; and her brother-in-law Charles Holtsberry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rae Holtsberry of Hedges, Glenn Bland (Bev) of Defiance, Harry Bland (Pam) of St. Joe, IN, Greg Bland of Scott and Wilma Bland of Haviland; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Bland of Paulding and Larry Greathouse of Grover Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Seventh Day Adventist Church (20287 OH-18, Defiance, OH 43512).
