She was predeceased by: her father William Rhodes. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Carrie Knicely (Donald) and William Costas; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Marisa, Mackenzie, Carmen, William and Annabelle; her siblings, Greg, Dan, Mark, Glen Rhodes and Debbie Mitchell (George); and her mother Norma.
The family suggests memorial donations be made in her name to the National Organization for Rare Disorders http://www.rarediseases.org.
