She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander Mikula; and her grandson Joseph James. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hupka Jr. (LeeAnne) and Carol Hupka; her grandchildren, Gena Marie (Chris) and Donald (Traci); and her great grandchildren, Jordan and Samantha.
