We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2021, at the age of 72, Wilma J. Bishop of Oak Hill, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Cooper and Abbie Cooper (Fulk); her husband Arnold Bishop; her close friend Ronald Puckett; and her siblings, Myrna Fay Cooper, Alvin Cooper Jr., Ithiel Cooper and Bo Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Horn (Rick) of Portsmouth and Rodney Bishop of South Webster; her grandchildren, Whitney Seiling (Brian), Cody Brown (Krisey), Joey Horn (Kindra) and Wyatt Bishop; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Lillian, Violet, Tucker, Ronnie and Ashton; her brothers, Artie Cooper (Lucilla) of Oak Hill, Ronnie Cooper of Dayton and Terry Cooper (Trina) of South Webster; her sister-in-law Claudia Cooper of Wheelersburg; and also, Richard Puckett (Kamala), Tracey Puckett (Carmeletta) of Chillicothe and Judy Ann Puckett of Pedro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Per CDC and governor guidelines everyone is required to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
