He is survived by: his wife Teresa Jenkins of Oak Hill; his children, William Jenkins Jr. (Ashley) of Argillite, KY, Robert Jenkins (Lenae) of Denton, KY, Xander Jenkins of Oak Hill and Mariah Lore (Dakota Meyers) of Oak Hill; his siblings, Earl Jenkins (Jo) of Greenup, KY, Kevin Jenkins of Beaver, Charles Keller of Beaver, Steve Keller (Cindy) of Lucasville, Sally Cox (Chuck) of Peebles, Peggy McKenzie of Portsmouth, Brenda Keller of Oak Hill and Melissa Shob (John) of Lawrence County, OH; and his grandchildren, Carolina Jenkins and Elijah Jenkins.
