She was predeceased by: her daughter Liza Waugh; her parents, Betty Lewis (Cantor) and Bill Miller; her stepmother Wanda Miller; her brother Gary Miller; her sister-in-law Michelle Miller; and her sisters, Phyllis and Rosie.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Fred" Waugh; her daughter Christina Brown (Gregg); her grandchildren, Krystal Waugh (Brian), Jeremy Waugh (Bailey) and Josh Waugh (Augusta); her siblings, Billy Miller (Pam), Belinda Fox (Willy) and Andy Miller (Betty); and her aunt Gladys Moon. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
