He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Adkins and Jane Adkins (Coon); his wife Linda Adkins (Maynard); his brother John D. Adkins; and his grandchildren, Kyla M. Pendleton and Ethan A. Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Pendleton (Jeff) of South Webster and Rhonda Smith; his pet Junie; his grandchildren, Justin Pendleton-Pullins Pullins (Levi) of Portsmouth, Haley Smith of Oak Hill and Ryan Evans of Oak Hill; and his brother Benjamin Adkins (Judy) of Chula Vista, CA..
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.
