She was predeceased by: her parents, Westley Lloyd Farley and Evelyn Farley (Denney); her husband Eugene D. Perry; her son James E. Perry; her grandson Christopher Perry; her stepgrandson Stephen Dyer; and her siblings, Emogene (Carroll Cahoon), Fredlene Wagoner, Irene (Herman Perry) and Jimmy Farley.
She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd Perry (June), Carl Perry (Donna), Charles "Chuck" Perry (Joy), Elliott Perry (Teresa) and Ray Perry (Anna); and her sister-in-law Louise Morse Farley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pentecostal Holiness House (23965 OH-93, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
