He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Libby of Oak Hill, Ohio; his children, Debra Kranz (Patrick) of Incline Village, Nevada and Gregory Libby (Danielle) of Jackson, Ohio; his brothers, Melvin Libby (Martha Jane) of Hamden and William Libby (Kay) of Wellston, Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Betty Libby of Wellston, Judi Woodruff of Oak Hill, Ohio and William Ramsey (Judy) of Oak Hill, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Nathan Libby, Luke Libby, Jessie Libby, Corinne Kranz and Olivia Kranz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
