It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Frederick Hubbard (Oak Hill, Ohio), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas Frederick leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sarah Chapman Hubbard; his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Chapman Stroth, Deborah Woolum Biggs and Melissa Lynn Heine; his nephews, Gregory Chapman Woolum (Deisa Woolum) and Donald Keith Woolum (Heather Woolum); his niece Margaret Dallimore (Maggie); and his parents, Frederick Hubbard and Millicent Hubbard. He was also cherished by two great nephews and five great nieces.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fairmont Cemetery.
