It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn F. Smith of Oak Hill, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Janet Smith (Gray); and his grandparents, Eva Gray, Johnny Gray, Dorothy Bowens and George Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Kylee Jade; his brother Brandon Smith; his uncle Boyd; his aunt Bonnie McCain (Gray); his cousin Charmin Miller (Chuck); and also, Peyton and Andrew of Jackson. He is also survived by friends and especially his best fur friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill to help with expenses.
