He is survived by: his mother Carolee Lewis (Deis) of Oak Hill; his children, Alicia Louderback (Scott) of Jackson, Desiree Ashby (Gary) of Oak Hill and Adam Lewis (Jordan) of Jackson; his siblings, Lynne Bowens of Ironton, Wayne Lewis (Cindy) of Jackson and Chad Lewis (Katey) of Oak Hill; and his grandchildren, Trenten Nida, Colton, Taylin Davies, Hailee Hargett, Linden Lewis, Luke and Chase Ashby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
