He was predeceased by: his father Samuel A. Leffingwell; his wife Joanne Leffingwell; his son Sammy "June" Leffingwell Sr.; his son-in-law Roger Coleman; and his brothers, Jim, Fred and Curt Leffingwell.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Coleman and David Leffingwell; his grandson Howard "Smoo" Paulins; his stepgrandson Jason Coleman (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Hailey Paulins and Jacob Coleman; his children, Rick Leonard, Rob Leonard (Sharilyn), Sharon Clay (Jim), Katrena McCoy and Kat King (Scott); and his friends, Bryon and Sharon Carmon.
