She was predeceased by: her father Evan Howard Hughes; her husband Don; and her daughter Miriam Rader (Craig). She is survived by: her son Pat McGoon (Robin); her son-in-law Craig Rader; her grandchildren, Morgan Rader (Wittney), Devin Kathmann (Melissa), Megan Davis (Adam) and Taylor Keefer (Travis); her great grandchildren, Bristol, Ellie, Riggs, Cambrie, Kenley, Kysen and Bryson; her siblings, Morgan Hughes (Kristen) and Dean Foster (Jerry); her sister-in-law Judy Mahoney; and her siblings, Dickie Hughes (Mary), Katherine Lewis (Bob), Peggy Rucker (David) and Rose Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, Ruth's wishes were for donations to be made to the Horeb Presbyterian Church in care of David Lewis 4746 Antioch Rd, Oak Hill, Ohio 45656.
