He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Adkins and Verna Adkins (DeHart); and his siblings, Pearl, Cletta, Gertrude, Minnie Jane, Judith, Dearl, Elmer, Richard and Emil.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Gayle Adkins (Crider); his daughters, Kristina Lynn Maldonado (Israel) and Sheila Gayle Roberts (William Scott); his siblings, Helen, Eleanor and James; his grandchildren, Justin Roberts, Tyler Roberts and Jayce Maldonado; and his great grandchildren, Jack Roberts and Charlotte Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
