He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelley and Magdalene Kelley (Canterberry); his brothers, Charles Edgar Kelley and Stephen Douglas Kelley; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Stella Brown; and his brother-in-law Eddie Hughes.
He is survived by: his pet Smokey; his wife Sharon Kelley (Brown); his daughters, Misty Maddy (Larry) of Oak Hill, Ohio. and Holly Simpson (Allen) of Oak Hill, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Branson Maddy, Taylor Simpson and Mason Simpson; and his sisters, Connie Potter (Allen), Carol Hughes and Linda Miller (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
