He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert F. Cade and Connie S. Cade (Aldridge). He is survived by: his siblings, Crystal Jenkins (Joseph), Sandra Walter (Larry), Kenneth Belcher Jr. (Beatrice Waugh) and Herbert Cade (Gracie); and his close friend Suzie Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is to wear a mask indoors and practice proper social distancing.
