He is survived by: his children, Jessica Bates, Jeremy Miller (Sarah) and Joseph Miller (Desiree); his grandchildren, Alissa, Noah, Isaac Bates, Marcel, Quentin, Karmelo, Anaya, Andre and Kyrie Miller; his brothers, Richard Miller (Linda) of Columbus and Randy; his sister-in-law Bonita Hughes of Oak Hill; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Ron Malone of Marion Ohio; and his nephews, Randy Lee Hughes and Justin Hughes.

“Ralph Miller served in the 1001st QM Co in Chillicothe Ohio. I'm unaware of his full military background, but I was blessed to have served with him both as a Soldier and a Unit Administrator from 1986 until he retired a few years after we returned from Iraq in 2004. Ralph also deployed for Desert Storm in 1990. He was the go-to in his section for knowledge and was a great mentor for his fellow Soldiers. I will miss running into him or getting that random call. Love and prayers to his family.”
