He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mae Adkins (Counts); his daughters, Tammy Adkins (Steve Walker), Wendy Peters (Cody), Sara Adkins and April Welch (Kurtis); his grandchildren, Matthew K. Hall (Bre), Andrew, Brittany Mumaw (Herschel), Brandon Bartram (Mariah), Meagan Bartram, Kyle Bartram (Cailyn), Jarrod Potter and Kelsey Mullins (Russell); his siblings, Gary Adkins, Connie Adkins Carney and Juanita Adkins Smith; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Hayden Hall, Tucker Roof, Herschel III, Lily, Madison Mumaw, Taya, Korra Bartram, Gabriel, Anna Taylor, River Bartram, Paul Casey Potter, Caleb, Payton and Penelope Mullins; and his brother Ted Adkins (Rosie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
