He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Logan Adkins; his children, Kara Beth Stickley (Travis), Steve Adkins (Natalie) and Scott Adkins (Alannah); his siblings, Dean Adkins, Pam McNeal, Paula Chapman and Jolene Elcess (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Brynlee Stickley, Harrison Stickley, Tyler Adkins, Savannah Adkins, Caleb Adkins, Donavon Adkins, Mason Adkins, Adelyn Adkins and Weston Adkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many close friends.
