He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Detty and Rita Detty; his daughter Matison Detty of Jackson, Ohio; his brother Brian Detty (Lisa) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his niece Nicole Hutton (Corey) of Gallipolis, Ohio; his nephew Chase Detty of Oak Hill, Ohio; his great-nieces, Kynlee and Clara Detty of Oak Hill, Ohio; his grandmothers, Phyllis Cramer of Hebron and Jean Dempsey of Oak Hill, Ohio; his friend Bridget Risner; his grandfathers, Dale Dempsey, Paul Cramer and Perk McCain; and his close friend Josh Nelson.

Per CDC and governor guidelines, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up for his daughter, Matison Detty at Ohio Valley Bank.
