It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcolm Blevins of Oak Hill, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father JB Blevins; his sons, Christopher and Joshua Blevins; his niece Marisa Berry; and his cousin Pete Blevins.
He is survived by: his mother Fern Blevins; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Ashleigh, Elijah and Mercydes; his daughter Brittany Murphy (Patrick); and his uncle Keith Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
