She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Adkins and Clara Adkins; her former husband Wornie Nichols; her husband Walter Simpson; her daughter Carlene Howard; her siblings, Chester, Vencil, Oscar Adkins, Ellen Reese, Zelma Clarkson and Viola Chesser; and her sons-in-law, Greg Young, Tommy Howard and Frisky.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Moore (Denny), Pam Hamilton (John), Cindy Seward (George), Trisha Young, Jeff Nichols (Amanda), Steve Nichols (Tina) and Edward Nichols (Flo); and her siblings, Foster Adkins, Thelma Evans, Wyoma Hatfield, Rita Myers and Marilyn Downard.
Flowers may be sent in memory of Louise to the funeral home or in lieu of flowers contributions may be made her memory to Heartland Hospice, 120 Twin Oaks Drive Unit B, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
