She is survived by: her husband Phillip Cox of Oak Hill, Ohio; her daughter Christy Carter (Chip Dickens) of Oak Hill, Ohio; her grandchildren, Robbie and Cameron Carter of Oak Hill, Ohio; her mother Frieda Holberg Adkins (Hommes) of Jackson, Ohio; her sisters, Susan Claytor (Charlie) of Beaver and Rhonda Bowling (Andy) of Jackson, Ohio; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
